If the Faculty Firewall Kit isn’t right for your district, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your order number. You’ll get a full refund.

If you’re willing to tell us why, it helps us improve the kit. It’s never required.

How refunds are processed

Card purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer.

Invoiced and purchase-order orders

Refunds go back the way you paid. Email [email protected] and we’ll coordinate with your business office.

After a refund

Your district license ends when the refund is issued. Please delete your copies of the kit and stop using the materials.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of fraud or abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.

Sales tax for tax-exempt organizations

If your organization is tax-exempt and was charged sales tax, email us your exemption certificate and order number within 60 days of purchase. We’ll help you request the tax refund through Lemon Squeezy.
